Describe your current role on campus.
Center for Career Development: Assistant Director Consulting and Data Analytics

How did you become interested in that kind of work?
I have always enjoyed the student-facing roles I've held throughout my career. An opportunity to teach, coach, and advise students allows me to build meaningful connections, support their growth, and contribute to their academic and personal development. Guiding students as they navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and shape their futures is deeply rewarding and reinforces my passion for education and mentorship.

What kinds of roles (if any) did you have prior to this one, and in what kinds of organizations?

University of Notre Dame:
** Director, Regional Development

Saint John’s Catholic Prep:
** Executive Director of Advancement
** Director of Enrollment Management
** Coordinator of Admissions and Alumni Relations
** Assistant Dean of Students / Teacher / Coach

What is your educational background?
B.A., University of Notre Dame, 2004

What does being a "career champion" mean to you?
To me, being a "career champion" means being an advocate, mentor, and guide who empowers others to pursue their goals with confidence. It involves actively supporting students as they explore career paths, identify their strengths, and overcome obstacles. A career champion listens, encourages, and provides feedback, celebrating successes and offering support through setbacks. Ultimately, it's about helping individuals see their potential and take meaningful steps toward fulfilling, purpose-driven careers.
